Reception Area Duties

Hostess duties are generally limited to specified hours. But over the years we have also provided many firms with long-term staff for their reception areas.

The taska our ladies can perform for you, requiring presentability and administrative skills, are:

• as management assistants
• as desk clerks
• at reception desks
• at telephone switchboards
• at information desks.

We can of course also carry out the entire personnel management involved: from training courses to rosters and substitutions in cases of illness or vacation.

You are what you wear, they say, and your staff's clothing signalises their functions and responsibilities. Consequently, the choice is yours: the ladies wear either what your company prescribes or one of the uniforms we offer.

Hosts - the men in the team

We can supply the male security guards - the counterparts to the ladies in the team - that are needed for special security situations. Where additional security measures are required, we will be pleased to coordinate these for you internally with the Eufinger GmbH team.
